• Gain a better understanding of the special education process.
• Know what to expect at a Committee on Special Education (CSE)/Committee on Preschool Special
Education (CPSE) meeting.
• Understand the roles and responsibilities of the CSE/CPSE members.
• Get tips on how to help develop an Individualized Education Plan (IEP).
• Learn how to be an effective parent member of the CSE/CPSE.
