Be a part of the 2008 Rush-Henrietta CROP Walk!
We are asking that you once again promote us on your through your media and web sites as you did last year. Help talk us up! Last year we raised $15,000 walking. We know we can top that, but we need your help getting the word out.
The CROP Walk is a fun and powerful way we can help to reduce poverty and huner globally. We walk together on this special day because people all over the world walk to obtain water, firewood, to find shelter and escape violence. We also walk to help our neighbors in the Rush-Henrietta area who look for food assistance to meet their family needs. Twenty-five percent of the funds raised by our walk stay right here at home to support those people, often invisible, who can't make ends meet in today's economy through the Rush-Henrietta Area Food Terminal.
