Foodlink is hosting a screening of the film Two Angry Moms, Monday,
April 28th, at 6:30pm at The Little Theater, 240 East Avenue in
Rochester.
Two Angry Moms addresses the issues of what is in school lunches and
who is making these choices. The film explores the roles that the
federal government, corporate interest, school administrations and
parents play in feeding our country's school children. Two Angry Moms
shows not only what is wrong with school food, it offers strategies for
overcoming roadblocks and getting real food into school cafeterias.
After the film will be a short discussion about what can be done
locally to bring healthier food to children.
